A small and short nose was my complex, so after thinking about it and going around for consultations for a year, I decided to have rhinoplasty. When the splint was removed and the swelling was severe, I regretted it, wondering why I had done it, and since I bruised quite a lot, getting the bruises to fade was hard. But after applying bruise cream, taking Bruna, and walking a lot, the bruising and swelling improved a lot, so now at one month, it has become fairly natural! I prefer a natural look, so I did not want it to be obvious. I had 2.5 mm silicone inserted, and septal cartilage and ear cartilage were used for the nasal tip! As expected, with plastic surgery, I think not being greedy and keeping it natural, even if it feels a little lacking, is the best.. It has only been one month, so more swelling still needs to go down, but everyone around me says it turned out well, so these days I feel really good getting dressed up and going out haha
