It was the clinic I had been looking forward to the most, but somehow it felt more like the director was making suggestions rather than going in the direction I wanted. Also, because my nasal septum is deviated, they said that if it couldn’t be used, donated costal cartilage could be used during surgery, but I don’t want to use donated costal cartilage, so I’m thinking about it... I didn’t want a dramatic improvement, but they said alar reduction through an internal incision was needed, so in the end I don’t think I’ll do it here And it’s definitely more of a natural-glam look than natural
