차가온남자 From what I’ve looked into, it seems people who do revision surgery without an implant usually remove it, but maybe you should first get a consultation at the original hospital... I’m also curious about ㅎㄴㅂ. I’m keeping an eye on it because the rhinoplasty reviews looked okay.

구구단 If you want it even lower, then replacing it completely is the right move. When I had a revision after the first surgery, at ㅈㅇ they fully replaced the silicone, set it a bit lower, and adjusted the tip too..
