I had surgery with Director Kim Hyung-seok at Thank You. It was revision eye surgery, and one side had come undone, so I had it done with a knot/suture technique. The line was raised by 1 mm from the previous line, but since the front line of the eye changes, I think it would be good to think carefully before deciding on surgery. They said the swelling goes down slowly, so I think it would be good to keep that in mind when planning as well. The director was kind, but the nurses and consultant manager were not great in terms of service or response. I felt that way because communication was not smooth, messages were omitted, and there were parts where the guidance or what they said changed. On the day of surgery, I waited in the waiting room for about an hour or an hour and a half past the scheduled surgery time before having the surgery.
