In my case, one side of my alar wing (left side in the photo) was asymmetrical and sagging, so after thinking about it, I had alar reduction done with different amounts on each side (internal incision). In my case, the alar wings were asymmetrical (height difference and sagging alar wing), but the nostrils were symmetrical, so they said if we made too much difference, the nostrils would become different. But I thought, in daily life people mostly look at the front of my face, not my nostrils, so I proceeded with about 4.5 mm and 2 mm on each side. On the day of surgery, the alar wings looked sharply defined, smaller, and pretty, but now on day 5, maybe because of swelling, they have gotten a little bigger again, so I feel a bit down because the issue I worried about seems to have only a small effect. But since I originally had a deviated nose and asymmetry, I wasn't hoping for perfect symmetry, and my goal was some degree of improvement, so I'm fairly satisfied and hoping it gets smaller as the swelling goes down ~^ㅁ^.. I'll come back again after a month~~
