I removed a 10-year-old chin implant and had surgery (super satisfied)

It has now been about a month and a half since my genioplasty!! Compared with my high nose, I had a retruded chin, so my mouth looked protruded. About 10 years ago, I had surgery for a retruded chin with a silicone implant, but when I took photos, the chin implant protruded unnaturally and bothered me, so I decided to tour clinics, thinking about removing the chin implant and replacing it with a new implant! First, among clinics near The Standard of Contour, which I saw on the billboard at Sinsa Station, I set aside a day to visit clinics with many surgical cases and good reviews, and started with contouring first! From the entrance, it was clean, the interior was luxurious, and the detailed service such as coffee and snacks in the waiting room passed with flying colors hahaha It seemed there happened to be a patient receiving postoperative care, and I saw the director who had finished surgery sharing the patient’s condition with the nurse and doing his best to take care of the patient’s condition, so I thought he was a good director with a strong sense of responsibility!! After the consultation, instead of removing and replacing the existing implant, I was recommended a method using my own existing bone through genioplasty, without putting in a foreign material! Me, getting bone surgery??? Honestly, I do not know much about plastic surgery, and bone surgery that I had never even thought of?? I’m going to have that scary-sounding surgery?? Thinking that made me scared, but I thought surgery using my own bone was smarter, so my mind shifted!! I told them that my desired look was natural, that I did not want my jawline to collapse as I age, and that I disliked a pointy app-filter-like chin. I also said my midface is long, so I hoped it would look a little shorter. After the consultation, I liked the director’s confident attitude, and although I looked around a few other clinics, he was a doctor I could trust, so I decided right away.   The surgical result is really natural, and it hurt much less than I expected haha People around me thought I had my wisdom teeth removed, and my family also thought I had my wisdom teeth removed. The surgery was done so cleanly that I had absolutely no bruising, so after one week I went out right away to a friend’s birthday party lol My chin felt a little heavy and sensation in my lower lip was dull, but from the one-month mark it gradually got better, and now it is completely gone!! Honestly, I was not that bothered by swelling, but the director said there is still a lot of swelling and it will get prettier little by little, so time is the answer. I’m looking forward to the 6-month markㅎ_ㅎ In conclusion, among countless clinics, The Standard of Contour is a contouring specialty clinic that only does facial contouring, gave me an event price so there was a price advantage, the nurses are kind, the inside of the clinic is clean, and through aftercare contact and so on, they reassure patients at any time. Above all, the director is someone who has focused on one field, so he creates exactly what the patient needs! In person, the director is tall and works out, so he has a good physique, and with that power he finishes the surgery quickly, so recovery is really, really fast!! I have really thin skin, and when I saw there was no bruising, I was totally impressed!! I’m planning to get pin removal later and also a paranasal augmentation to get rid of the nasolabial folds that bother me, so I’ll leave reviews each time!! Thank you, director, for listening to my concerns and creating a pretty, natural line.
