Now that some time has passed after surgery, it feels like everything has completely settled, and the initial swelling and discomfort have almost disappeared! Sensation hasn’t returned 100% yet, but it’s gradually coming back. What changed after 3+ months is that the shape has almost perfectly settled, the feel is much softer than at first, and there’s no sense of foreignness. Now I have no discomfort at all during exercise or daily activities, and I can run or do yoga without any problems. I’m maintaining a physical condition no different from before surgery! The scar has also healed well, and thanks to the care they provided, it has faded a lot! They said that if I keep managing it consistently, it will fade more and more, so I’m looking forward to it~
