I have now come to my senses, so I am writing this as a record I had never done any procedures, surgery, dermatology care, or anything. I just had surgery with my raw face as it was. The only thing I had ever done to my face was mole removal. Does orthodontics count too? Same-day timeline Gargled twice and washed my face Took photos Had blood drawn (stung) After arriving at the hospital, I first consulted with the consultant manager; she told me the precautions Consultation with the director. He drew something on my nose with a marker, and shaped the nose Went to the surgery floor and changed into patient clothes, took off all the clothes I was wearing (including underwear and socks), put on a diaper(?) I was so nervous my stomach hurt Stopped by the restroom Went straight into the operating room (it felt like an operating room from a drama) The nurses(?) assistants were kind They attached something to my foot and both sides of my chest Had sedation anesthesia (it did not hurt) My eyes were wide open, so I was keeping them wide open thinking, when am I going to fall asleep, and then when I opened my eyes I was in the recovery room. I think I fell asleep after counting about ten seconds There was a warm electric blanket feeling, and a cold eye mask(?) was placed over my eyes Rather than getting up by my own will, I think the nurse woke me because I slept too long. In my unconscious state, I heard my name being called several times Originally they said it was a simple surgery and would be over in two hours, but it seems to have taken over three hours. The scheduled end time was 4, but it ended after 5, and I think I woke up at 6:30 (I was told I bled a lot) My sibling had a different surgery, so I have gone to another hospital with them before, and there they gave a private recovery room, but here there was another patient next to me. Nurses were also there together, and I could call them if needed. I heard the person next to me say they were in pain while recovering, and it seems the nurse called and spoke with the doctor, then gave that person something like a painkiller injection For me, it was just the degree of my nose stinging when I sneezed, and something from my nose (mucus? blood?) kept going down the back of my throat, so the doctor changed the nasal cotton. I was half-asleep, but it went in deep like during a COVID test, so I did not like it I went back into the recovery room, and I said I wanted to sit up They raised the bed, and after a few minutes I changed clothes right away I came home in my parents' car, and it took over an hour (rush hour), but even after getting home I was still half-asleep I had a headache around the glabella area and slight toothache In the car, I ordered porridge in small portions in advance (I thought the pain would be less if I took medicine quickly) They told me to drink water at home, so as soon as I arrived home, I drank water In this community, people said to drink with a straw, but the consultant manager said she did not recommend straws Ate one porridge Thirty minutes later, took medicine. Took Tylenol together too Leaned on the sofa Kept going between dream and reality (I can't believe I had nose surgery) It did not feel real, so I wondered if I might wake up from a dream. I seem to be in less pain than other people, but the nasal bridge area where the nasal cotton is inserted hurts and feels uncomfortable, slight toothache, slight headache, chills and cold like having body aches, so I wore sleep pajamas and used a blanket, body feels hot, thoughts of why did I do it, if I went back I should have just lived with my original nose, thoughts like that (I am a coward who is even scared of and hurt by squeezing acne lol) Kept doing ice compresses on both cheeks, forehead, and eyes Drank water (they said it would be extremely dry, but I don't usually drink much water, so it doesn't seem dry enough to die). Rehydrated every time I got up Meanwhile, my ears are completely fine, no pain at all and I don't even notice them The nostrils and the main part of the nose? where I had nose surgery also don't hurt. Sometimes when I yawn, it doesn't hurt, but just makes me pause It got hot again, so I changed into regular pajamas They said the medicine has an ingredient that makes you sleepy, so I think I kept being half-asleep until around 10 or 11 and then fell asleep Woke up at 3 Now I am fine and clear-headed.
