Instead of silicone, he suggested a design that combines donated costal cartilage, dermis, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage to safely raise the nasal tip and enhance the straight line. Honestly, I did not even know there were this many materials used for this lol I felt his expertise, so I decided to trust him and have the surgery! Since it was my first nose surgery, I had a lot of worries, but thanks to Director Lim Ji-hong, I got exactly the line I wanted, so I am very satisfied! I learned that even without an implant, it is fully possible to create a more three-dimensional nose, and since my impression changed to look natural yet more defined, people around me have been complimenting me a lot, so I really think I made the right decision hehe Thank you, Director Lim Ji-hong!!
