Nose Surgery Reviews

Revision rhinoplasty, implant-free nasal bridge step-off... I'm so depressed, please take a look

I had surgery 15 years ago with silicone and ear cartilage, and this time, for revision surgery, I had the nasal bridge done with fascia from behind the ear and the nasal tip with septal cartilage. I'm so disappointed. The director keeps saying it's swelling, but the implant-free material (fascia from behind the ear) placed between my eyebrows is showing as a square shape. People I know have even asked what that is between my eyebrows. When I ask the clinic, they keep saying it's swelling The nasal tip turned out normal, but the nasal dorsum has a severe step-off, and from the side it looks like a witch nose. If I had known it would be like this, I really should have gone to another clinic. I decided because I only looked at the thread and there were only pretty noses. How does it look to everyone? Do you think it will go down? I clearly wanted a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but does this look like that to you?? Has anyone had it done with fascia from behind the ear??
