Review of 3 types of facial contouring surgery (Noh Jong Hoon Plastic Surgery)

I had surgery at the end of April, and I'm already entering month 5. I remember anxiously looking through many reviews after surgery. So I'm leaving this review in hopes it will help those considering surgery in the future. - Day of surgery: I was so out of it, and there was no pain except feeling dazed because I kept pressing the painkiller button. The hardest part was that my nasal area was so swollen that it was hard to breathe, like having a severe cold. There was almost no bruising. - Day 1: It got a bit more comfortable after removing the blood drain. I looked in the mirror for the first time that day and was shocked. - Day 3: Strangely, breathing got better. Bruising gradually came up more. I was able to go for short walks. I ate things like yogurt and New Care. - One week: The bruises turned yellow and then started to fade. Maybe because I lost too much blood or because my stamina dropped, I had severe dizziness. I portioned out and ate completely blended, unsalted porridge from Bonjuk. When I ate rice noodles, it was food after such a long time and tasted too salty, so I only put in 1/3 of the soup powder. - Two weeks: I went back to work. Everyone was startled, haha. Maybe because I had several procedures done, I was very swollen. I started eating regular food very slowly. I went around with regenerative tape on. - Month 1: My mouth still doesn't open well, but I can eat jajangmyeon messily. About one finger could fit in. The liposuction area under the chin is very hard, lumpy, and swollen. There is a red scar on the cheekbone. - Month 2: I can eat food neatly. Only two fingers can fit horizontally. The hard lumpiness from the liposuction eases a little. Sensation in my chin is dull. - Month 3: I can eat pretty much anything well. If I eat something tough, my cheekbones hurt. People are slowly starting to tell me my face is pretty now. They think I gained weight. - Month 4: As the swelling goes down, my face gradually gets smaller. I can even eat gopchang. The hard lumpiness from liposuction has eased a lot, and sensation in my chin has almost all returned. People think I lost weight. Nobody recognizes me. Maybe thanks to anterior cheekbone grafting, there is almost no sagging and I have a more youthful vibe. - Overall review: I recommend getting dental treatment beforehand, and since your physical condition gets much worse than expected, I don't recommend going around drinking as if it's your last chanceㅠ.. For food, eat anything like New Care, blended vegetable porridge from Bonjuk, yogurt, ramen, etc. For swelling, nothing beats going for gentle walks. For reducing swelling and bruising, I recommend Dangguixusan for about 3-5 days, and pumpkin juice is good.
