I had a bit of forward head posture and my trapezius muscles were raised, so my neck looked really short... Not to mention I looked heavy and sluggish, and my shoulder line was a total disaster lol. For example, sleeping on my side, or postures that make my shoulders tense up, so I stopped doing those kinds of things. It’s been a year and a half now, and while getting posture correction to maintain it, my forward head posture improved and my rounded shoulders opened up too. And needless to say, my trapezius is gone. People around me think I originally had pretty shoulders. Of course they do. Before, I never showed my shoulders, and after seeing the effect of the procedure, I started showing them lol.
