1. Objet Director ㅇㄱㅁ The consultation fee was 30,000 won. I had a specific nose shape I wanted, so I made an edited photo in Photoshop and brought it with me (raising the nasal bridge by about 5 mm and the nasal tip by about 3.5 mm). They recommended using ear cartilage and silicone. I did not get a CT scan, but they said my columella is slightly recessed and my original nose is on the small side, so they expected my septal cartilage to be small. Since the nasal tip height I wanted was not high enough to require costal cartilage, they recommended doing it with ear cartilage alone and said the nasal tip could be raised sufficiently. The original price was explained as around 4.10 million won total for silicone, ear cartilage (septum), and bulbous nose improvement, and it was 3.80 million won if I wrote a review. 2. Miho Director ㅇㅅㅎ The consultation fee was 30,000 won. Here, I got a CT scan, and as expected, my septal cartilage was not large. (They said they could not provide the CT file unless it was for insurance purposes.) I showed them the nose shape using the photo I had made, and after stretching my nose with a cotton swab, they said it did not stretch well and explained that the height was borderline as to whether costal cartilage would be needed. Since this was suddenly a completely different story, I was slightly mentally shaken. They also said 5 mm for the nasal bridge would be too high, and told me that if I raised it a lot, it should be 4.5 mm. The original price was explained as around 9.00 million won for costal cartilage, custom silicone, hump correction, and bulbous nose, but with the review discount it was 5.94 million won. 3. Louvre Director ㅇㅅㅇ The consultation fee was 10,000 won. I could not receive the CT file, so I got another CT scan here as well, and the septal cartilage size was the same. They explained that since it was not a full-body CT, doing it about twice was okay. To me, it also looked like a dental CT, so I thought a few times would probably be fine. I showed them the photo I had made, and they recommended making it with septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and silicone for about the level of the photo I made. They said the septum was not large, but this much was possible. Then, while stretching my nose with a cotton swab, they also compared and explained a shape with the nasal tip raised even more (5-6 mm). They said raising it more like that would be a look that requires costal cartilage, and if I wanted it, that kind of shape was also possible, so I could decide before surgery. They told me my nose stretched sufficiently, and they explained everything very kindly and in detail. I recovered my mental state a bit here. The price was 3.85 million won based on writing a review, and if changing to include costal cartilage, it was about 5.00 million won. (I forgot the pre-review price;;)
