I’m looking into revision double eyelid surgery... The surgical methods are all different, so it’s giving me a headache Some places say double-line excision, some say fat grafting, some say upper eyelid fat repositioning.... and at one really big and famous place, they said my eyes need a dermal graft. Where is there that I can trust? I had my first surgery over 10 years ago, and I’m looking for a revision clinic because of multiple creases.... I was satisfied with my first surgery and I don’t really have much scarring either.... Would double-line excision be the right thing to do??? ㄱㄴㅅㅇ seems famous... but from my point of view, the scarring on the eyes there looks too severe ㄹㅇㅇ also told me to do double-line excision, but there are too few reviews there I wonder if the directors at ㅇㅇㅌ and ㅇㅎㅂ are good at multiple creases too Sigh, I’m worried
보부상상 I don’t know how severe the multiple creases are, but they can actually look natural, so I think it might be okay not to have surgery unnecessarily..! Are they very severe?

콩수니33 I also have multiple creases, and there were places that didn’t recommend fat grafting! Fat grafting can cause adhesions and has side effects too, so I think it’s better not to do it if possible...
