It has been quite some time since I had zygoma reduction and chin surgery with High-3D cheekbone contouring and a bespoke mini V-line at a clinic, so now it feels less like I’m still in the recovery process and more like everything has completely settled into my face. Before, there was still a bit of swelling left, but now almost all the swelling has gone down, and I feel like the lines have become much more naturally refined. Especially when looking at my side profile or from a 45-degree angle, my cheekbones used to look prominent, but now there is a soft, natural curve, so I feel much more confident taking photos than before. People around me often say things like, “Your impression looks much softer,” “Your face looks much gentler,” and “You became prettier in a natural way,” so I feel good every time I hear it. More than anything, it hardly looks like I had surgery, and it has settled so naturally like my own face that even I sometimes forget I had facial contouring surgery. Before, I had to pay attention to the angle when taking photos, but these days, even when I smile naturally, my facial line comes out nicely, so my satisfaction is high. I think the biggest change is that the cheekbone complex that made me decide on facial contouring surgery in the first place has disappeared, and confidence has taken its place. Looking back, I think deciding to have the surgery was truly a good choice. I’m looking forward to it settling even more naturally as more time passes.
