Am I the only one being treated like this.. Please let me know..

It's approaching 2 weeks since I had double-jaw surgery. I had been doing orthodontic treatment first.. and ended up having surgery at the same hospital too. I was trying to get a consultation with the director who would perform the surgery, and I think I was at the hospital for about 4 hours that day... But the consultation wasn't even 5 minutes.. They told me to read the precautions printed on A4 paper and no matter what I asked, they seemed to gloss over it roughly and try to move on quickly, as if they were busy, so I couldn't ask anything more.. Do consultations normally end this quickly? I haven't been to other hospitals So I felt uneasy and, 5 minutes before going into surgery, I asked the nurse if I could meet the doctor again to ask how the surgery would proceed. I did see the doctor, but they seemed to say, why did you want to see me, and just vaguely brushed off my questions;;; After surgery, on the second day of hospitalization, they stopped by for 3 seconds and said, hmm~ you can be discharged tomorrow.......................;;;; After discharge, I went to the hospital twice, once each week, but since those 3 seconds, I haven't seen the director's face even once.. So I asked the nurse whether the director wasn't going to check on me, and she said it was because the patient the director was currently seeing was taking too long, so I would have to wait a long time... Are other hospitals normally like this too?;; When I read reviews, it seems like people meet the director after surgery and have various consultations again.. Is it because this is peak season for plastic surgery and they're busy......? Or is it just me....
