Since I have an overall developed upper-body build, I was worried that if only the upper volume was emphasized, I would look bulky. Especially because my shoulders are broad and the distance from my collarbone to my nipples is somewhat long, it was important to naturally fill the lower volume, so I looked for a hospital that could pay attention to this part too. At first, I didn’t really know the difference between subfascial and dual-plane, but when I said I wanted it to look natural when lying down, they recommended that subfascial would be more suitable. My waist is on the slim side, but my breasts looked slightly wide-set, so they said the inner and outer volume needed to be filled in a balanced way. They suggested implants and a design that fit my body type exactly, so I immediately decided to get breast surgery at Kai. I had the same 320cc on both sides through an inframammary incision, and now that several months have passed, when I wear clothes, the line is so natural and pretty. The feel is soft when I touch them, and even when lying down, there is no feeling of them sticking up pointily; the breasts spread comfortably, so they look really natural. I love the overall silhouette so much that these days I’m having fun getting dressed. Since it was my first surgery, I had a lot of worries, but they understood my body type well and designed it custom for me, so I’m totally full of thoughts that getting surgery at Kai was the right choice!
