My older sister’s friend had surgery through this community, so I got a recommendation and ended up doing it. I had Hi-ko almost 4 times? or so, and back then I didn’t even know it was spreading. I just kept getting it done and ended up living with an Avatar nose. I didn’t even feel like anything was strange, but one day I saw a photo I took with a friend and was shocked, so I decided to have surgery. Before the surgery, I had the filler dissolved twice, but there was still some left, so they said they would scrape it out during surgery. So there was an additional cost... I should’ve just had surgery instead of getting filler;; Originally, I had basically no nose at all, but they put in a little over 3 mm of silicone and used the cartilage? inside my nose for the surgery. I woke up during the surgery and tasted death^^....... After the surgery, it was nice that they didn’t put cotton packing in, but when I got home, blood would flow intermittently and I had a runny nose too, so my nose still felt blocked, and I kept gauze under my nose. The director has a somewhat intimidating style, and he decides which noses are possible and which aren’t before accepting cases. (I heard my older sister’s friend’s boyfriend got rejected.) And when I got a bit greedy and said that since I was doing it anyway, I wanted to make it high, he said I’d die if I did that..;; They said they might use ear cartilage if there wasn’t enough material during surgery, so they disinfected my ear and everything, but there was enough material, so they didn’t cut my ear. I’m satisfied now, but every time I bump into something, I keep checking the mirror, and whenever I get obsessive once in a while, I feel like my nose is gradually getting lower, so I pull up my early photos and keep comparing. Still... I’m satisfied with the fact that I have a nose now.
