Please, just take one look at my concerns about revision eye surgery!!!

15 years ago, I had my first incisional double eyelid surgery + ptosis correction, and it came undone after 1 year, so the next year I had an incisional AS revision at the same hospital. The photos below show my current eye condition, and even though I went to a total of 16 clinics for revision consultations, they all say different things, so it’s hard to choose. Since I think this really is my last surgery, I’ve become so cautious that I can’t even look at it objectively anymore, and it’s difficult. Please help me.... * Problems - Even though the line is low, it feels puffy like a sausage (I have thick skin) - When I look downward, there is a wrinkly scar + depressed scar + pinched feeling - If I close my eyes comfortably without squeezing them completely shut, there is slight lagophthalmos - My eyes don’t open clearly, and my eyelids feel heavy, so they open as if the surgery has come undone - Asymmetry of the line - The distance between my eyes and eyebrows is close 1. TYS (head director): double-line lowering + ptosis correction + fat repositioning above the eyes 2. YY1: enough skin laxity, scar excision, lowering the line, won’t know until opening the eye, but ptosis correction if desired 3. GNSY: no skin laxity, incise the existing line and just tidy up the scar, keep the line as is, existing scars cannot be removed, and because the first surgeon removed the orbicularis oculi muscle, the depressed scar that formed cannot be restored; ptosis correction if desired 4. YMR (head director): partial scar excision, lowering the line, ptosis correction if desired, my eyes are the kind that have to live with a thin line 5. YSY: scar excision, lowering the line, ptosis correction doesn’t seem necessary The other clinics didn’t take photos of my eyes during consultation, and GNSY was the only one that took both upper and lower photos and mentioned the lagophthalmos. But that clinic said they could only tidy up the existing scar, couldn’t lower the line, and suggested keeping it around the existing line, so I wondered whether anything would actually improve... They said to lower the line I’d need double-line lowering, but they don’t recommend it. YY1 says scar excision is possible, so I want to believe them, but the other famous revision clinics say there isn’t enough skin laxity, so I don’t know which is right
