My nasal tip was originally a bit thick and low, so looking flat was a real complex for me But getting an implant felt burdensome, so I went around for consultations mainly at places known for implant-free rhinoplasty. This place was good because, during the consultation, they listened to the end to understand what I wanted and explained everything in detail while matching my facial proportions,, So I decided and went through with the surgery. For materials, they used autologous costal cartilage and ear cartilage. Considering I even had osteotomy, I don’t think I swelled that much?? Since they used my own tissue, the shape definitely feels like it’s settling much more naturally. My side profile has also been smoothed out.. and the drooping nasal tip improved too, so my facial features look much clearer haha I have no regrets after nose surgery and I’m taking tons of selfies now,,~~ I’m leaving a review too!!!
