Nose Re-Surgery

Even if they say they’ll use autologous costal cartilage because it’s contracture

Even if they say they’ll use autologous costal cartilage for a contracted nose, I understand that autologous costal cartilage is a material for the nasal tip, so what about the nasal bridge? I’ve seen a lot of people say they use autologous costal cartilage because it’s contracture, but I don’t know what they do for the nasal bridge Has anyone here had revision surgery for a contracted nose at Mind, O&Young, or Made Young? They just say silicone can’t be used and that they’ll use autologous costal cartilage, so even though it’s not the same area, the nuance makes it sound like the material is replaced and things improve. What materials are actually appropriate for the nasal bridge and nasal tip respectively? I have seen reviews saying they used autologous costal cartilage for the entire nose from the bridge to the tip, but would it be better to just use autologous costal cartilage for the whole thing?
