There was a bit of a problem with the surgery, so I confronted the plastic surgery clinic, asking whether they shouldn't be giving me a refund. There was something they made a mistake on with me, and when you look at it closely, it violates the Medical Service Act, so I also raised that issue and sent them a KakaoTalk message??? Then they told me to come in first, talk with the director about the surgery-related parts, and discuss what direction I want to take. Is this how plastic surgery clinics normally respond when you request a refund??? After saying this, if I actually go there, are they going to say they can't refund me, or that they can only give me a small amount...??
