I’m getting timid wondering if an older guy like me can write here too (I’m a man in my 50s.) Earlier this year, the wrinkles under my eyes were bothering me, so I went to a dermatology clinic that an acquaintance introduced me to. I thought that hospital seemed to do both dermatology and plastic surgery, so I went thinking about lower eyelid fat repositioning, but the dermatology director said I didn’t need lower eyelid fat repositioning, and that filling it with filler and doing Rejuran and Juvelook treatments would be much better, so I did that. But after about two or three months, the wrinkles are the same, and only the area where the filler was injected is slightly protruding, so it bothers me even more, and I feel like there’s no effect at all. In this case, should I dissolve the filler first before getting lower eyelid fat repositioning? The person who introduced me to that hospital also had lower eyelid fat repositioning surgery there, but the swelling hasn’t gone down and the shape looks unnatural, so they felt really sorry toward me while also being extremely stressed themselves.
닌자어쌔신 Before lower eyelid fat repositioning, you can dissolve it with hyaluronidase. But wrinkles caused by aging probably need some elasticity management (Rejuran, Juvelook, eye-area laser) even after lower eyelid fat repositioning for the skin to tighten back up

But I don’t know why lower eyelid fat repositioning prices vary so much. The somewhat famous places are too expensive, and the places running events are too cheap. The decision paralysis is no joke
닌자어쌔신 [@NinjaAssassin] Cheap places are cheap for a reason... you know? lol But just because a place is too expensive doesn’t mean they’ll automatically do a good job either... If it were me, I’d choose from places in roughly the top 30–40% price range.

Lalaby Huh… You shouldn’t have just trusted the dermatology clinic; you should have gotten a plastic surgery consultation before deciding. But why did you meet a dermatologist when you made a plastic surgery appointment? If it’s by appointment with the director, there usually isn’t a situation where even the specialty suddenly changes during the consultation??
하루하루님 [@Lalaby] I didn’t make a separate plastic surgery appointment; I made an appointment with the hospital, and the dermatologist just did the consultation. And they said filler would be better than lower eyelid fat repositioning. Back then I didn’t know anything, so I just did it
