I had surgery 2 years ago with Nose Beam Megaderm (donated dermis) inserted. I remember waiting for a very long time, and the consultant strongly recommended the head director. Since I was getting it from the head director, the price was higher. After surgery, the nasal tip became higher, but the fundamental frontal view of my bulbous nose was not fixed. Later, it all got absorbed. It’s better than not doing it, but it’s expensive, so I don’t recommend it. For people who are scared of nose surgery, it might be okay if you go in expecting only a slight change.
