Q&A on the Heopagori Procedure That Got Tons of Questions (Apple Hip Completed)

Before <Before the Heopagori procedure>Before <Before the Heopagori procedure>Before <Before the Heopagori procedure>After <Day 4 after the Heopagori procedure>After <After the Heopagori procedure>After <After the Heopagori procedure>After <After the Heopagori procedure>After <Before procedure / After procedure>It’s already been two months since I got Heopagori These days I still go to the clinic every week for extracorporeal shockwave care and every time I go, my waist circumference is going down by 1 cm, so it’s fun to keep up the care lol

I thought it would be good to organize the questions I’ve received the most so far into a Q&A, so I brought this here!! . . 1. Why I got the Heopagori procedure

Honestly, my hip dips weren’t that severe. I usually enjoy exercising, so I didn’t feel the need for a procedure.. Then by chance I saw a rear-view photo my friend took of me wearing leggings lol, a photo where both hip dips were terribly sunken in... From then on, it bothered me every time I wore leggings.. I tried working out my hips even harder, but they just wouldn’t fill in easily

I think the saying, “There really are areas that won’t go away no matter what, and areas that can’t be filled no matter what,” is exactly right I especially felt this painfully after the procedure For me, the area that wouldn’t go away no matter what was belly fat, especially the love handles, and the area that wouldn’t fill in no matter what was the pelvis and hip dip areaㅠㅠ So stressful..

Then I found out about Heopagori, which could solve both of these issues, and from then on I searched clinics like crazy, looked into it, then made an appointment right away and went for a consultation. And after the consultation, I booked the procedure date right away haha

Conclusion >> I had liposuction of the entire love handle area + fat grafting to the pelvis! (Heopagori) . . 2. Heopagori procedure pain / bruising and swelling

When I looked up reviews, many people said it hurt, so I think I was really scared until the procedure.. Except when the anesthetic injections went in, thankfully after that the pain was at a tolerable level lol They say the anesthetic injections are the most painful... It felt like the love handle area was being poked evenly all over so the anesthesia would be distributed throughout the fat removal area! (The surface of the skin was numbed, but it felt like the inside was being scraped and prodded + throbbing + numb/tingly..?)

A lot of people worry about bruising/swelling, so first, please refer to the photo from day 4 after the Heopagori grafting! I think the swelling and bluish bruising were worst on days 2 and 3, and by around day 4, it looked like about half had gone down! From then on, the color gradually started to lighten and it felt like it was slowly going away..? Minor residual swelling varies somewhat by person, but the bruising is all gone in about 1 to 2 weeks! . . 3. Recovery period after the Heopagori procedure

Unlike liposuction, I think I was able to go about daily life almost immediately after the procedure One thing that bothered me was that after the procedure, whenever I walked, there was a slight fluid-filled feeling + since the flesh moved around, the treated area felt numb/tingly, and that was the biggest annoyance, but I think that was okay after about a week That was the part where I thought, the recovery is faster than expected..? . . 4. Heopagori procedure clinic information / price

If you leave a comment, I’ll give as much information as I know about the clinic! . . 5. Care after the Heopagori procedure

On day 7, I had the stitches removed refreshingly, and started extracorporeal shockwave care They said it helps loosen the firm, clumped swelling, refines the line, and relieves swelling, so I’m getting it diligently Looking at reviews, some people say it really hurts, and since this care involves rubbing? while loosening the clumped areas, some people said it hurts more than Heopagori itself.. lol Personally, I think it was bearable! Since it’s the treated area, there is a bit of throbbing? when they apply gel and rub.. haha

I still feel a lot of firmness/clumping around the love handle area (where the fat was removed), and they say extracorporeal shockwave helps improve clumping, so I’m diligently going in for care I think the procedure itself matters, but aftercare is really important too! Clumping in the area where fat was extracted is unavoidable, but after getting extracorporeal shockwave, I definitely feel the tissue loosen and become softer . . 7. Before-and-after comparison of the Heopagori procedure

The love handles that clearly used to look lumpy and sagging like in the before photos + the deeply sunken hip dips.... have filled out plumply, as if air was injected into a deflated balloon..! It’s amazing even when I see it with my own eyes

Looking at photos in leggings, my overall body line is really much more refined and prettier I used to worry whenever I wore leggings because my hip dips bothered me, but now I wear them confidently! Maybe because fat was removed + grafted to the pelvis, compared with before, my waistline looks slimmer and my pelvis looks more voluminous, so I’m very satisfied . . Since I also feel the time I spent worrying was a waste, if there are people who are still debating it, this is a procedure I really want to recommend

As someone who has experienced that there are areas that won’t slim down no matter how hard you try and areas that can’t be filled, you may be able to experience your body line completely changing like I did

+ And since the Heopagori procedure extracts fat after all, you should know that care afterward is really, really important! I think the line becomes much prettier and settles well when you do diet management + exercise + aftercare properly

Let’s work hard together to keep ourselves looking pretty!!❤️
