<Posting the after photos first to show off><Before> The biggest reason I wanted nose surgery was that, from the side, only the bridge of my nose looked like it was sticking out, and the step-off was severe, so I really, really wanted to refine that and correct my bulbous nose. At first, I was scared of surgery too, so I tried Hiko once, but as you can see, it ended with surgery anyway... lol It did not have much effect, and if anything, my nose looked wider than before, so I regretted it...^^ After I decided I should get surgery, I kept searching nonstop for hospitals that matched my style. It could not be too flashy... It could not be too natural either... I wanted a place that would shape it in a truly classic, refined-natural way. My friend said I am seriously so picky lol So even if I liked the reviews, if I went to the hospital consultations and did not like the design, I immediately crossed it off my list. Maybe because I chose carefully and thoughtfully before getting surgery, even when the splint was removed, the shape of the nasal bridge looked pretty to me, even taking the swelling into account.... But the hospital said lol do not just be satisfied with the initial nose shape; you need to watch it carefully as you recover and the swelling goes down ^^ So I also waited and watched, and honestly I was satisfied even at one to two months, but everyone says the nose shape keeps changing and the swelling keeps going down until even six months, so I waited. Now I feel like most of the swelling has probably gone down, so I am posting! ***To sum it up!!!**** Timing: approaching 4 months since nose surgery Materials: Innofit 4 mm autologous costal cartilage functional rhinoplasty Additional: bulbous nose + nasolabial angle correction, nasal tip defining-point correction, shaving down the side bones of the nasal bridge, Hiko thread removal lol... Satisfaction: going past 90 out of 100 After getting my nose done, there was not anything particularly difficult, and since I got functional rhinoplasty too, breathing has become much more comfortable, so I really like it.. How does my nose look to everyone here? Is it okay?
