A place I even went to in person because someone I know had a successful revision rhinoplasty here. Since it would obviously be different from the event price, I went prepared to some extent, but after getting the quote, whoa... It was too expensive. If it had only fit within my budget, I think I would have had surgery there, but the estimate came out 1.5 times higher than expected, so this was the clinic I gave up on.
