I had double eyelid surgery early this year and it failed, so they said they’d do A/S this time. I scheduled the surgery date, paid the anesthesia fee, and came back, but people around me all told me not to redo it at the same place, and I felt so anxious that I requested cancellation because I want to do it somewhere else. But they said there’s a 10% penalty on the 110,000 won anesthesia fee. It’s not much money anyway, but I’m still angry. They were proceeding with A/S because they messed up, and I’m holding back from even requesting a refund for the surgery fee right now. Is this right...? Oh, and please recommend a director for revision surgery consultation at TㅇS too!!!
