I had LASEK surgery 2 years ago. Before surgery, my eyesight was -4 in both eyes, and I also had a little astigmatism. The reason I chose LASEK was that it has relatively few side effects, and since it is one of the oldest surgical methods, I thought it was safe, so I decided to go with LASEK. Of course, the recovery period after surgery is longer compared with other surgical methodsㅠㅠ Anyway, now that 2 years have passed, the eye dryness I had early on has mostly disappeared, and my eyesight is staying the same as it was at first! The only side effect, if I had to name one, is that only my left eye has a little glare/halos at night, but after getting used to it, it is okay now haha Anyway, I definitely do not regret choosing LASEK haha
