For my first rhinoplasty, I used septal cartilage, ear cartilage, ear dermis, and donated costal cartilage, and had implant-free rhinoplasty + nostril lowering done together. I kept meaning to post a review, but I always forgot, so I’m finally posting my photo review from the 1-month mark haha First of all, I wanted improvement mainly around the nasal tip rather than the bridge shape, and I wanted my bulbous nasal tip corrected with a slightly naturally defined look. Even though it was implant-free, doesn’t it look like the bulbous-tip feeling was corrected well with a naturally defined look, and the nasal tip shape was corrected really well too?? This was exactly the kind of look I wanted, but at other clinics they said I also had to operate on the bridge so it wouldn’t become crooked later, or so the bulbous nose could be corrected better.. and so on, adding all sorts of things. But the clinic where I had surgery didn’t over-recommend anything; they listened to exactly what I wanted and made a plan to match that, which I really liked.. So without thinking of going anywhere else, after the consultation I immediately reserved surgery with Director Yoon Seok-ho and had it done. Even now, I think it was a good choice not to do all the surgeries they recommended here and there, and to have it done at that clinic haha For now, I’m planning to post in order by progress stage, so I’ll organize my more recent review and post again!
This review is a surgery review pursuing a naturally defined look.
