Cheekbone Surgery Reviews

Side effects I felt 4 years after 3-part facial contouring

During the first surgery, I had chin tip surgery and square jaw surgery (cortical bone shaving). 6 months later, during the second surgery, I had cheekbone surgery and additional square jaw surgery (additional cortical bone shaving). That is what I had done. Since my chin tended to be retruded, it was advanced by 3 mm? and I was told it would look natural to preserve the square jaw line as it was, so I only had shaving done to reduce the volume. After the surgery, I felt like my facial volume had not improved, so I had the second surgery. Looking back, I think I could not feel the effect of the facial contouring surgery because of skin sagging and cheek sagging. The nerves in my chin tip recovered well over time, without giving me time to feel anxious, but I wonder if the cheekbone muscles detached from the cheekbone, because the position of my cheekbones is very different from before surgery. Before surgery, when I smiled, volume would appear right under my eyes in a rounded way, but after surgery, as you can see in the photo, the area that becomes rounded is not right under the eyes, but much farther below. (This is me smiling with maximum effort.) Honestly, the bone shape itself is ideal, but... After facial contouring, there was the issue of skin sagging; after the second surgery, the bandage was placed incorrectly, so I got bruising? a scar under my chin, and I was stressed for about a year without proper aftercare (it has completely disappeared now). After the second surgery, at 3 months, 1 year, and 2 years afterward, I visited the clinic a total of 3 times because my cheekbones hurt, but they did not take any action because there was no problem on CT. (I think the reason my cheekbones hurt was that the positions of the cheekbone and cheekbone muscle were different, so the cut cheekbone kept getting irritated. Until the second year, every time I smiled, my cheekbones would tingle and hurt, but now, in the fourth year, they no longer hurt, so this is the conclusion I came to on my own. This part is just my thought, so there may be another reason.) Honestly, um... since there were no major side effects, I do not really have much to say, but it is not that... extremely good or extremely bad. I think it is so-so. Those getting facial contouring should consider a lift.
