I had lower blepharoplasty and under-eye fat grafting 5 years ago, and it turned out really well, so I lived satisfied with it. But after about 4 years, I started to feel the under-eye area and other parts gradually sagging again lol I want to do it again, but since it’s under the eyes, it would be way too noticeable, so unless I quit my job, it’ll probably be difficult for a while haha
