For my eyes, the asymmetry was severe, so non-incisional surgery was possible, but with incisional surgery there would be no risk of the eyelids loosening, and I wanted a definite correction, so I chose incisional ptosis correction. For my nose, I wanted it to look masculine but natural, and he said it would be good to use septal cartilage and ear cartilage, so I booked the surgery right away and came back. So I proceeded with incisional ptosis correction + nose surgery (nasal bridge - implant, nasal tip - autologous tissue). After surgery, since it was incisional, there was some swelling, and my nose had a splint on it so I couldn't check it. One week later, when the stitches and splint were removed and I saw it, I was worried it might look really obviously done and a bit too intense, but even with the swelling I could see that my asymmetrical eyes had improved. For my nose, I had wanted a natural straight line, and he said he left a slight dorsal hump, but compared with before surgery, it looks much more masculine, so I am extremely satisfied ! It has now been one month since surgery, and a lot of the swelling has gone down.
