I visited for a consultation for a third double-eyelid revision surgery. As soon as I arrived, I filled out one surgery-related questionnaire, and shortly after, I went straight into the consultation room. The consultation went in the order of consultant-director-consultant. The consultant was very kind. Since I had undergone surgery twice before, I told her about that and explained my current concerns. She asked if I would be okay with possibly lowering the line. I had never thought about lowering the line, but I said I understood. The director came in and carefully checked my surgical history once again. Then he looked at my eyes and said that to resolve the multiple crease, I would need incision, fat repositioning, and fat grafting. I had a lot of concerns about fat grafting, so I asked various questions, and he answered them well. He took photos of my eyes with a tablet and explained while drawing on them. He explains calmly and well. I’m going around for consultations because my double-eyelid line has loosened and I have multiple creases, but unlike other hospitals, he said I probably don’t need ptosis correction. This part bothered me a bit, so I contacted the hospital for a second consultation, but they said second consultations are not possible in principle..
