Should I get posterior lower canthoplasty or not?

This is revision eye surgery! I had epicanthoplasty and non-incisional double eyelid surgery 7 years ago, and now it’s completely undone I had a revision consultation recently, and they said the epicanthoplasty has already been done to the limit, so I shouldn’t touch it any further. I don’t want to do more anyway, and it’s annoying that the scar is still there, but.. Since I said I don’t want an incisional method, for the double eyelid line, they recommended a high in-out line among the lines that can be done non-incisionally, and because my skin is a bit thick, they said they may do a partial incision during surgery if needed. I originally wanted posterior lower canthoplasty, you know? But the doctor said that even if I do it, it won’t be as dramatic as I want, and that if my usual sharp-looking eyes have been a complex, even though my impression isn’t harsh, I could do it, but if I dislike a droopy impression, I shouldn’t do it. They said it’s completely my choice. And since I already had the inner corners opened, it doesn’t show well in photos, but they said the space in front of the pupil is greater than the space behind it, so the outer side looks short and gives a closed-off feeling! They said if the double eyelid line becomes clear all the way to the outer side, that feeling will lessen a bit. I felt like the outer side of my eyes looked a bit closed off, so I wanted posterior lower canthoplasty. There’s also a lot of space between my eyes and temples.. But since they didn’t really recommend it, I’m a bit torn Looking up reviews, I saw some saying it reattached and was a waste of money, and I also saw reviews where it turned out so pretty..
