I was debating between another hospital and this one, and ended up getting it done here. Since it was revision surgery, we decided to reuse the donated costal cartilage that had originally been inserted, and I think they used + postauricular fascia? + silicone + ear cartilage. The crookedness of my nose from before also improved, and because my skin had thinned, the cartilage was showing through, but that was resolved too. I did wish my nose had become just a little lower here, but still, it was lower than after my first surgery, so I liked that.
