About 10 years ago, I had incisional double eyelid surgery + removal of fat from the upper eyelids + medial epicanthoplasty here I had small monolid eyes, but after double eyelid surgery I lived a new life But near the end of the surgery, the director told me to open my eyes, so I was carefully opening them, then he told me not to wrinkle my forehead and to relax my eyes and open them again, so I opened them again, but he got irritated by himself and just left, so a nurse finished up When I came to get the stitches removed, the nurse also left one stitch behind I was young and didn’t know much, and since it was the first surgery of my life, I thought it would come out over time, but it stayed embedded even after more than 6 months, so I asked here and got the stitch removed at a clinic near my house. Thanks to that, there’s an indented mark there^^ The medial epicanthoplasty also has a visible white scar, so sometimes people ask if I had medial epicanthoplasty, and the double eyelids don’t show when I open my eyes, but when I lower my gaze, 100 out of 100 people notice because of the incision scar. It stresses me out
Since I originally had very small monolid eyes, the double eyelid surgery itself was dramatic; honestly, I think I would have gotten about this result anywhere I’m not saying it failed here, but I’m also not recommending it
