There was almost no pain during the procedure, and I was lying down and it was over quickly But with Onda, one session doesn’t give a completely dramatic change; it feels like it lifted subtly! Recovery also had almost no swelling and didn’t interfere with daily life, so that’s definitely an advantage! I think I’d get it when I need lifting urgently
