It's been 23 days since I had abdominal 360 + pubic area surgery, and I'm the type who looked everything up from before surgery to aftercare shops before getting the surgery. Ever since I was young, my arms and legs were thin, but I always had a complex about my lower belly, and I really tried losing a lot of weight, but it seemed like it wouldn't work, so I had surgery. But when I looked into it, I hated the idea that after surgery, if I just waited 6 months and couldn't manage it well, it would harden as is and become my line, so after surgery I planned everything in advance, including reservations at an aftercare shop. On the second day after surgery, when I took off the bandages, only the lines looked more indented than expected, and I wondered if anything had even been done. But as soon as the stitches were removed, it swelled like crazy with the combo of lumping + fibrosis, and whenever I moved, maybe because of the fibrosis, it felt like the skin on my flank was tearing;; I was really just waiting for the date I reserved at the care shop. Since there weren't many aftercare shop reviews in this community, I'm leaving this both for my own records and as a review, and honestly it's amazing. I paid with my own money, and reservations were almost full, so I made it in advance with great difficulty. When I went, I did a warm heat device, had a consultation with the director, and then machine + manual care, and first of all I was shocked during the consultation. They checked my progress better than the hospital that did my surgery, talked about how many cc were removed and how the line would come out more, and it was so surprising that I wondered if I should have come before surgery;:.. They said where fibrosis forms and where things clump varies so much by person, and that my abdomen was evenly hardened all over and they could shape the line, so I felt relieved.. They said 40 minutes of care would probably be enough and that I came at a good time. Before going, I also read a lot of reviews, and they said if you come late after surgery, it takes longer and is harder to release, so I went as soon as I was waiting for the stitches to come out... I wondered if 40 minutes of care would be okay, but there was no way it couldn't be. The director consulted and did the care herself, sweating from her forehead while working really hard, and ah, first of all, it hurt like hell. It wasn't just ordinary pain. I screamed like crazy;; to the point the care shop would practically be swept away. But she said it was normal and okay, and even though it was embarrassing and I felt sorry since it was our first meeting, there was really no way not to scream. She just smashed up my fibrosis;; Before care, it was like a hard rock or stone, but afterward she released it by hand too and told me to touch it, and it had become soft, which was really unbelievable.. These are before-and-after photos from the first session, and I have reservations booked through next week too. Imagining myself going again and screaming is so funny and sad. It's not funny at all.. But they said the first session hurts the most and it gradually hurts less, so I'm looking forward to it. For now, there is a visible effect... After liposuction, I see aftercare as not optional but essential... I also got one session at the hospital, but it was just warm; I'm going to keep going to the aftercare shop until the line comes out.. If anyone here is struggling after surgery because of fibrosis and lumping, I really hope you try it, so I'm leaving this review. Seriously, if you look at my list you'll know, this isn't an ad, I'm just one member who is active diligently... They said I'll swell for 3-4 days after care, but I'm really looking forward to after that. Seriously, after getting it, the feeling of my flank tearing also disappeared Today we only broke up the fibrosis, and from next time we're going to break up the flank too, so I'm so excited and fucking scared
