I debated a lot before getting an inner philtrum reduction, but I don't regret it. It has been about 10 months now. It's impossible to have no scar; you should assume one will definitely remain. But in my case, there is a shadow under my nose, so it's barely visible. There is about a 1 cm white scar just below the columella. Since it's not long, it's okay. It shows even less with makeup. The doctor is kind. But like other reviews say, the consultation manager seems not that great. My facial proportions are much better than before, so I have no regrets. But I don't recommend philtrum dimple creation. I did it together, but there is zero effect.
