This will be my third revision surgery, and it’s not because of side effects or anything like that, but because I’m so dissatisfied aesthetically. I’m really thinking this will be my last surgery, so please recommend some clinics.. Thanks to the sharp-eyed people in this community, I can already spot broker-style or promotional wording right away, so kindly step aside~

복많음코 [@짜암봉] For the first surgery, I had the hump and the side parts of the nasal bridge shaved down, and only the nasal tip was raised with septal cartilage. For the second surgery, I had 3 mm silicone put into the nasal bridge, the nasal tip was raised more with ear cartilage, and I had alar base reduction. But seriously, not a single person can tell I had it done, and even when I compare it with old photos, there isn’t much difference. It’s driving me absolutely crazy.
