Nose + forehead implant, day 9 after surgery..* Please reply…

Forehead surgery (silicone implant) Last Monday, I had forehead and nose surgery at the same time. I was originally planning to do autologous fat grafting for my forehead, but since my forehead is very sunken, they said fat would be limited and would all be absorbed in two weeks. Also, the director seemed very confident about forehead implants, so I trusted him and decided to go with an implant. And I’m satisfied with the result now! I don’t feel that it looks unnatural at all, and it feels like it was always my forehead. But now, a little over a week later, I still do have a foreign-body sensation in my forehead... It feels like my head is a little heavy, or like it shifts forward when I bend down... It also feels a little heavy when I lie down... Nose surgery For my nose, I had silicone placed to raise the nasal bridge, and the nasal tip was done with ear cartilage and autologous dermal grafting. I had open surgery. But maybe because the swelling at the nasal tip hasn’t gone down enough, it’s very blunt like a bulbous nose, so I don’t like it... It hasn’t even been a month yet, and maybe it’s greedy of me to hope the swelling will completely go down and it will become sharper, but if this nose is the finished look after the swelling has gone down... I honestly feel like I’d rather die than choose revision surgery... Also, I feel like my nose is shifted to one side. It looks like the silicone went in tilted to the right. Other people say they can’t tell, but when I look in the mirror, I can clearly feel it... so I just sigh... Yesterday, I went outside in the cold wind, and my nasal tip and the area over the nasal tip turned red... Sigh... Is this a side effect?? When I lie down at night to sleep and look at my nose, all I see is a blunt nose. I don’t know if it’s because of swelling... or if my nose, which was originally bulbous, was impossible to fix even with surgery and just stayed the same... Is it a nose that even surgery can’t fix? And I heard the nasal bridge was done at 3.5 mm because they didn’t want to raise it too high, to suit my face. My nose isn’t that high either. When I look in the mirror now, all I see is my nose. Will I only know whether my nose becomes natural after a month has passed?
