<Unedited video screenshot>I had eye + nose revision surgery, lower lateral canthoplasty, fat grafting, and paranasal augmentation surgery from the chief director at the plastic surgery clinic! For now, I’m satisfied overall!! Since it was revision surgery, I looked into several places, and although this hospital had not been open for long, there had been no medical accidents, and above all, after looking at the chief director’s previous experience, I trusted him, so after consultations with the consultant and the director, I immediately decided on the plastic surgery clinic that had been my top choice! The review photos from other people also matched the aesthetic I wanted, and instead of everyone looking similar after surgery, I got the feeling that they bring out the maximum beauty from each person’s own face(?). My eye line had loosened a lot because it had been a long time since my previous surgery, and my nose had developed a step-off, so I decided to have surgery. I had also always been very stressed about my nasolabial folds, so I had the other procedures done at the same time! For my nose, I had surgery using autologous costal cartilage, but what the heck, my rib area doesn’t hurt at all,, I got scared after reading reviews about autologous costal cartilage, but the consultant actually said my nose would be uncomfortable because I wouldn’t be able to breathe properly, and that the area where the rib cartilage was harvested wouldn’t hurt, and it was true,,,, More than anything, I really like the shape of my nose! The director made the line I wanted so well that from the front it looks more delicate than my previous nose, and the side profile has changed to look smooth and elegantly defined, so I’m really satisfied. Please, I just hope it doesn’t droop,, And what I’m unexpectedly highly satisfied with is the paranasal augmentation. They said it’s done by fixing it with pins so it doesn’t move inside. I’ve tried nasolabial fold filler, Juvelook Volume, and thread lifting, but paranasal augmentation surgery is the best. Originally, the skin above my nasolabial folds was thick and sagging, so it didn’t flatten out like it had been ironed, but compared with before, the hollowness is reduced, so I think it improved a lot! It still feels awkward when I smile, but since I became prettier, I can just cover my face when I laugh haha For my eyes, I changed the line from in-out to semi-out, and as the swelling went down, it didn’t feel burdensome at all and settled very naturally!! I’m so satisfied with the canthoplasty that if it happens to reattach, I’ll do it again. At first, the mucosal edema was really severe, but I used the eye drops prescribed by the hospital properly, and after about two weeks it settled down cleanly. For the fat grafting, it’s not that my face lacked fat, and in the case of my forehead, it had been prominent enough since I was young that people asked if I had had something done, but my overall face had uneven contours, so I decided to do it to supplement that. The director also said it would be better to go with the feeling of filling just a little, so I did it naturally! At first I was startled because of the swelling, but once it went down, it’s definitely better that I did it, and if it fades, I’m thinking of doing a second round too! After surgery, my face gained dimension and my eyes got bigger, so I think I heard that my face looked smaller more times than ever before in my life;; It turned out naturally well for me, so people around me asked a lot for the information too Starting around week two, I had several issues where the bridge of my nose between the eyebrows swelled, but each time the hospital did take good care of me. I think they manage things well when postoperative side effects or problems occur. Though from the patient’s perspective, it is still anxiety-inducing
This is a surgical review pursuing an elegantly defined look.
