Posting my before-and-after from my surgery on Aug. 1 Finally, surgery!!! I had Motiva 425cc implants placed subfascially through an inframammary incision! I’m 173/69 and on the taller side, so I have a larger frame, and they said I should go bigger. I went in really worried they might be too big Still, I’d say I don’t have much fat on my abdomen… These are photos I took after coming home from surgery At that point, it hurt less than I expected, so I thought it wasn’t a big deal But when I got home and slept, the swelling gradually increased, and I swelled from my collarbones up to my neck My neck hurt more than my breasts. Still, my breasts didn’t hurt terribly, but the right side was slightly more painful than the left They say the swelling gradually moves upward, and it felt like my upper body was full of water, so it was uncomfortable I hope the swelling goes down quickly, but it lasts a long time On day 2, I went to the hospital, had the bandages removed, the stitches disinfected, and put on the compression garment! Still, they said I could take it off when sleeping, so that’s a relief! If I just manage the swelling well, I think my breasts will turn out exactly how I want Right now, I’m freely wearing the clothes I wanted to wear!!!!! Currently, my neck, arms, and abdomen are swollen, and when I touch them, it feels like touching different skin, almost as if it makes a strange sound, more than I expected..!!!!
