I’ve posted quite a lot.. You’ll probably know if you search my name.. One side doesn’t move well, and the inside of the implant pocket feels hard, so I went for a consultation at another hospital (a hospital that gives consultations here).. The director said capsular contracture is starting.. that contracture has stages, and that mine is around stage 2-3.. He said if I massage like crazy now, the contracture might loosen, so I should just diligently massage. But the hospital where I had surgery says it isn’t contracture.. They say it’s just that on one side, the capsule is holding the implant pocket, so it feels hard and doesn’t move well.. I don’t know which is right. For now, the one thing both places agree on is that massage is the way to survive.. Even with massage, I don’t see any sign of improvement. Has anyone had contracture and then improved?? I don’t know whether it really is contracture or not.. I never imagined something like this would happen to me.. I thought once I had surgery, that would be the end.. It’s been 3 months since surgery, and I’m still going to the hospital once a week for massage. I’m so busy already.. Please give me some answers/
