I visited because it was so famous and people said they were good at assessing cases. I had a consultation for both functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty, and they explained well, almost like teaching me, saying the two are related and even showing photos. However, they did not tell me at all what kind of line it would come out as. They said they would use ear cartilage + septal cartilage, but since I have injured my nose a lot and my septum is quite damaged, I asked whether ear cartilage would be possible and what they thought about autologous costal cartilage. They said ear cartilage would be enough and asked to touch my ear once, but it was basically maybe 0.5 seconds of touch? Then they said, yes, it’s fine Even the speed felt like they said it was fine before they had really touched it For questions about the parts I was worried about, they only answered briefly, “That’s fine,” and did not explain in detail why it would be fine.
