My nasal bridge was not low, but I had a severely deviated nose and a dorsal hump, so I was not satisfied with my side profile and 45-degree angle. Also, my nasal tip was droopy, which made it look even more that way.. I went to consultations at about 5 clinics, and this clinic seemed to match the director’s aesthetic direction the best. I also liked that they tried to accommodate the materials I wanted as much as possible. I did not want to use an implant, and I was debating between donated costal cartilage and septal cartilage. The director said a certain degree of correction would be possible with septal cartilage alone, so I used only septal cartilage, and I think I did so well listening to the director. It came out with exactly the natural yet refined line I wanted, and I just hope it does not drop or droop any more from here
This is a surgical review pursuing a naturally refined look.
