I went for a consultation because of eye sagging, and they realistically consulted me on various aspects of the eyes. In the end, they said my eyes would improve with a different surgery rather than eye surgery, and refused to operate. They are well known for eye consultations, and there seem to be many cases with good actual surgical results, so if you are considering eye surgery, I recommend going for a consultation
