As the title says, I’ve booked under-eye fat repositioning, but there isn’t really any problem when my face is expressionless. Even though I have quite prominent aegyo-sal, another under-eye fat bulge forms under the aegyo-sal (only on the right side). Would it be good to do it even in this case? I’m in my early 30s now, so I’m debating whether I should do it or not. Has anyone like me had it done?
갸라르 Mine wasn’t very big either, but there was a slight shadow, so when I had revision double-eyelid surgery this time, it was recommended to me and I did it together. But I’m very satisfied lol. And they said that if the under-eye fat gets bigger, the surgery requires a larger incision and becomes more difficult, so it could be a good choice to do it once while it hasn’t grown too much.

룰루99 Don’t do it. Under-eye fat repositioning tends to have good surgical reviews when the under-eye fat protrudes while the face is expressionless. If there’s no issue when your face is expressionless, I recommend not doing it. If the fat doesn’t protrude when your face is expressionless, and you try to flatten that again? If it goes wrong, you could end up with hollowing after surgery.
