This time I tried cosmetic surgery for the first time in my life. Haha.. I did not get double eyelid surgery or ptosis correction, only epicanthoplasty and under-eye fat grafting. The reason I decided to get cosmetic surgery was that my under-eye dark circles were congenitally severe and the distance between my eyes was on the wide side. I was tired of using concealer or doing epicanthoplasty-style makeup every time, and I wanted to improve my impression to look brighter. Since I am very scared and originally afraid of my face changing, I asked the director to do the epicanthoplasty only enough to maintain my original eye shape. It might have been prettier if I had done a little more, but in the end I was very happy that they did only as much as I wanted. (Before surgery, they carefully designed it according to my requests.) For the under-eye fat grafting, maybe I expected too much, but my dark circles did not completely disappear. They were originally severe, and I also have pigmentation, so that may be why, but they improved by more than 50%, so I am satisfied. First of all, it is much better having done it. I go to work with only sunscreen on and no concealer, and my face no longer looks dark. There was some swelling for about 2 weeks, but now it looks like almost all the swelling has gone down. I can also feel the epicanthoplasty settling into place. I came on my boyfriend's recommendation and did not go anywhere else, but I was satisfied enough that there was no need to go anywhere else. Both the consultant and the director are kind, they answer everything well even when I ask a lot of questions, I finished the surgery comfortably in a relaxed atmosphere, and I am receiving good aftercare. Points I am satisfied with: My eye shape looks more open and my eyes look bigger. It feels like I got a slight upper epicanthoplasty too? I do not need to do epicanthoplasty-style makeup. I do not need to use concealer for dark circles. Points I feel are lacking: Nothing in particular. I do hope the dark circles disappear a bit more, but as surgery, this seems to be the best possible. Also, the price is reasonable and the hospital does not push excessive surgeries.
